delegates - Xamarin Binding Class -

I am developing an app for iOS using Xamarin.

In my solution I've added a compelling project to include some native libraries, but I have some problems that write ApiDefinition.cs

My problem is at UIScrollViewDelegate, I do not know how to "translate" it.
Can anyone help me? :)

I have a team city build project with Gitbab VCS route, I have been triggered for both / head on PR and / Merge the referee. The annoying thing is that you can not do anything useful with the merged hash - it is not present in Gitobb.
