mysql - Administrator URL '&' changed to '&' -

I am working on my localhost and on one system where all the admin URLs include a < Code> & amp; , & amp; & amp; Amp; and in turn the system is broken.

Is the setting doing this? Why do I need to deactivate? My local host is PHP 5.3 I would like to tell that the other Joomla system is working perfectly and the and in & amp; Amp; .

There is no setting which it can do in Joomla 2.5 (as far as I know ).

Only thinking that being able to do such a thing should be a system plugin that will re-encode the URL.

So my first idea is to check all the system plugins that can be related to URLs (such as SEF things, or redirect plugins or some routing plugins etc.).

If it fails then try disabling all system plugins and see if it fixes the problem.

Another way to test is to establish a new Fresh Joomla and connect one of the components on broken installation to one.
