Error in reading ' (apostrophe) from text file into sql server -

I am bulking from a text file on the sql server, but facing the error in reading the text file This error is due to the presence of 'in the text file', as it is known that 'the string is used to indicate the beginning and end, please tell me how the eyewater arrives.

The text file is for inserting data from SQL data 

  from bulk insert #tmpfile to c: \ data.txt (firstrow = 2, fieldterminator = ':!' , Rowtermintor = '\ n')
